Can I have a formal offer?

Certainly yes, and it is very simple to obtain it:

  1. Upload the 3d files of the piece you need to create in the online estimator and click on the “complete the quote”
  2. On the next page you will find the “Print offer reminder” button. Click it and you can save or print your classic offer.
I want to order for a company, how do I do it?

Register as “business” when creating your billing address for the current order

Once you have completed the quote, you will be asked for your billing information through the address interface, after selecting the Business account you will find the dedicated fields to fill in.

At any other time, simply go to the Addresses page, click on the “Add Address” or “Change Address” button and choose the desired “Billing” address as the type of address.

Invoicing is electronic and you will find copies of all invoices on your Order Page.

What are the payment methods?

You can order in several ways:

FOR ORDERS UP TO 250 € (VAT Excluded)

FOR ORDERS FROM 250 € UP TO 5.000 € (VAT Excluded)

Do you also work with private individuals?

Yes, at the time of registration you can select whether you want to buy as a Private or Business

Just select Private to purchase as such.

Where can I find the invoice?

Invoices relating to your past and present orders are in your personal area of Niuo and you can download them at any time.

Log into your Niuo account and go to the Orders section.
Within the tab you can download the invoice of the selected order.

In the case of companies, the invoice is only a Facsimile of those prior to the advent of electronic invoicing and will in no case replace it as it is available for consultation purposes only.

Right of withdrawal

The art. 59, letter c) of the Consumer Code relating to customized products

The purpose of this standard is to avoid that a good produced according to the specific requests of the customer (i.e. clearly personalized) is then returned and the e-commerce can then no longer resell it to third parties.

The right of withdrawal referred to in articles 52 to 58 of the Consumer Code for distance contracts and contracts negotiated away from business premises is excluded in the case of supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized.

How do prices vary and update on the platform?

With artificial intelligence based on neural network

The price of the pieces is calculated by an algorithm that uses a computational model similar to a biological neuronal network: this algorithm is constantly updated to offer the best possible price for the piece you upload.

There may therefore be upward or downward cost variations depending on the experience developed by the system over time.

The price found in the estimate at the time of the order is always valid.

The same applies for reorders.

Can I change an order that has already been paid for?

Paid orders cannot be changed as production starts immediately

To maintain maximum efficiency and punctuality of the workflow when a order is paid part immediately for production and automatically invoiced, therefore it can no longer be modified or canceled.

Until the moment of payment, the order is not binding and can be modified or canceled.

Do you send an electronic invoice?

Yes, just enter your SDI code or PEC in the addresses in the required fields, you will then find the invoices of your order in the revenue agency account.

 

 

Where do I insert the SDI code and / or the PEC?

Once you have completed the quote, you will be asked for your billing information through the address interface, from here after selecting your business or PA account you will find the dedicated fields to fill in.
