How do I place an order on Niuo?

Just follow this process:

1. UPLOAD YOUR FILE
Upload your file in the dedicated area.


2. CHOOSE HOW TO MAKE YOUR PIECE
You are now on the quote page and you can choose materials, finishes, quantities and delivery times: all prices will update in real time at the time of your various choices.

Complete all fields and click the button “complete quote” and you will find yourself in a summary page where you can check if everything is ok. If everything is fine, click again “complete quote” .

Because it is written complete the “quote” ?
Because our engineers check the feasibility of your work before putting the parts into production and requesting payment from you:
1. If everything is fine we will send you a payment link to proceed with production.
2. If not, we will contact you to suggest any changes.


3. FEASIBILITY VALIDATION
You will receive a confirmation email, if you do not find it take a look at the spam folder; at the same time our engineers will check the characteristics of your order and within 24 hours they will send you the feasibility confirmation of your pieces. At this point you can proceed to payment.


4. CONFIRM PAYMENT
Once the feasibility of your order has been validated, from your user area you can proceed with the order confirmation and payment using the different methods available.

Attention: Delivery times start from receipt of payment. To get the same delivery day chosen in the estimate you will have to pay the same day of validation.


5. PRODUCTION
Once the payment is confirmed, your order will be produced and you will be able to follow its processing in your account.


6. RECEIVE YOUR PIECE
Your order is delivered in Italy and all over the world by BRT express courier. You can check the tracking via email or by accessing your reserved area in the orders section.

Can I order materials that are not present?

No, unfortunately it is not possible

We only make available materials tested for a long time in order to offer you the certainty of the best possible result. Nevertheless, we often insert new materials and if you want to be informed promptly you have 2 options:

Sign up for the newsletter for a weekly update with material news, offers and discounts. Just enter your email in the space provided at the bottom of all pages of the Niuo3D site.

2. Periodically visit the materials page

 

What payment methods do you accept?

You can order in several ways:

FOR ORDERS UP TO 250 € (VAT Excluded)
• Credit card
• Bank transfer

FOR ORDERS FROM 250 € UP TO 5.000 € (VAT Excluded)
• Credit card
• Bank transfer in advance

FOR ORDERS OVER € 5,000 (VAT Excluded)
• Credit card
• Bank transfer in advance

What types of files do you accept?

The files that can be loaded on the estimator are the following

  • SHEET PROCESSING: STEP / STP format file max 150mb
  • 3D PRINT: STEP / STP or STL format file max 150mb

These export formats are present in almost all the most used 3D CADs in the industry: Solidworks, Rhino 3d, Autocad mechanical and many others.

Do I have to pay immediately?

No, once the estimate is completed we will view it to carry out a feasibility analysis, only if the response is positive on each item will you be able to complete the order by proceeding with the payment

You will be able to access the payment only if all the files are confirmed, you will receive an email within 24 hours of the estimate.

If the files have problems we will send an email about it, you will be redirected to the site where the problems will be shown, at which point you can proceed by deleting the article or modifying it as suggested and complete the quote again by submitting it to a new feasibility check.

How do I check the status of my order / pre-order?

Just log into your Niuo account

1. Enter your user area and click on your initials at the top right of the screen.

2. In the menu that appears by clicking on your initials, choose “orders” and the list of your orders will appear, arranged in chronological order starting from the most recent.

3. You will see that each order will report the progress, the ability to view the details of the order and download the related documents such as the invoice and shipping documents issued once.

4. The order can be in the following states:

  • WAITING FOR VERIFICATION: the order has been submitted to us must still be verified by our technicians, which will take place within 24 hours
  • TO RE-CHECK: the order has been verified, and one or more details are not workable, they need a revision by the customer. By clicking on the detail it will be possible to know the technical motivation.
  • WAITING FOR CHECKOUT: the order has been verified and is feasible, to proceed with production it is necessary to confirm and pay. By clicking on the first blue button on the right you will be directed to the payment page.
  • PAID: the order has been confirmed and is waiting to start its processing path. From this stage the order can no longer be canceled or refunded.
  • PROCESSING ORDER IN PROGRESS: the order is being processed.
  • SENT: the order was shipped by courier, in the menu on the right there is a link to the tracking (for some couriers the tracking will be active only from the evening of the day of shipment) and the relative DDT.
Are the delivery dates in the quote reliable?

Sure.

There delivery date displayed in the estimate is effective only if the payment (and therefore the completion of the order) takes place on the same working day as the estimate itself. Each day of delay in payment will result in a postponement of one day in the delivery date.

To allow us to meet the delivery date, we recommend that you complete your order and payment on the same day.

My file won't load. Why?

Usually the reasons are of a technical nature, the file may be of the wrong format or exported incorrectly or be open.

The quote is binding

The quote is not binding.

If you submit your files to us, production will not start until the moment of payment, and you will be free to change your mind, change your order, cancel it or change addresses, quantities and materials.

To change your order, wait for it to be validated, then from your user area, in the “orders” section, click on “change order”, you will be prompted for confirmation and then you can change all the items in your cart and submit the modified order again.

Will I receive an invoice for my order?

Sure.

Niuo will issue an invoice for each of your purchases.

How long does it take to complete an order?

The time can vary from a few minutes to a few hours to complete the entire order cycle up to the payment.

We have indeed tried to speed up and simplify the whole order process at our best.

Can I choose a custom delivery date?

Yes, you can choose the delivery date you prefer

In the interface of the estimator it is possible to customize the delivery date by clicking on the right of the dates the blue button “Choose a custom date”.

A calendar will open with all available dates for delivery and production.

You can choose dates from those available or a later date than the one estimated.

Can I order just one piece? And runs of thousands?

Yes, you can order from one to thousands of pieces.

Once you have uploaded your 3D file to the online estimator you will be free to choose between the predefined quantities or to enter a customized quantity.

1. Parts made of sheet metal
The ideal choice for quantities from a single detail up to miniseries of 100-250 copies.
You will get extremely precise sheet metal parts in a few days.

2. Parts made in 3D printing
From 1 to thousands of copies at a very low cost, with a good level of precision, obtaining finished or semi-finished parts.
