Is it possible to receive a formal offer?
Yes, on Niuo it is possible to receive a formal offer through two operating modes, designed to adapt to different production needs:
- Automatic quoting (available for 3D printing with HP MJF technology)
Upload your 3D file, select material, finish and quantity. The system will generate an instant quote, which can be saved or converted directly to order.
For complex geometries or large quantities, the system will automatically indicate the need to proceed with a formal request (RFQ mode). - Request for Quotation (RFQ)
For all other processes — such as CNC, FDM 3D printing, sheet metal processing, injection molding, welded assemblies, packaging, typography or thermoformed products — a dedicated RFQ system is available.
Simply upload the files and specify the technical requirements: you will receive a formal, detailed and tailor-made offer in a short time, drawn up by our technical team.
In both cases, the process is completely digital, with dedicated assistance, full traceability and real-time updates on the status of the order.
What are the payment methods?
We accept the following payment methods:

- PayPal
- Advance bank transfer
Orders enter production only after receipt of payment.
For large volume orders or special requests, customized payment methods are possible, to be agreed through agreements and private negotiations with our sales team.

Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to art. 23.1 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005), the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, only if he or she qualifies as a “Consumer”, i.e. a natural person acting for purposes outside of his or her business or professional activity.
However, in compliance with Article 59, letter c) Of the same decree, the right of withdrawal is excluded for clearly personalized or made-to-measure goods, such as those made through the niuo3d.com platform.
The aim of the regulation is to prevent the return of products that cannot be resold to third parties due to their custom-made nature.
Therefore, all products purchased through our site are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as they are made to technical specifications provided by the customer.

How do I place an order on behalf of a company?
Placing an order on behalf of a business is simple. While registering on NIUO, you will be asked if the registration is as an individual or a company.
If you select “company”, you will be asked for all the data necessary for the correct invoicing and management of the order: VAT number, sector, tax code, shipping and billing address, as well as any additional data required for tax documentation.
Once you have completed the registration process, you will be able to manage all orders directly from your personal area, with active tracking and dedicated support.
How do prices vary and update on the platform?
Thanks to a neural network-based system. An artificial intelligence capable of calculating the price of pieces through an algorithm that uses a computational model similar to a biological neuronal network. The algorithm is constantly being updated to guarantee you the best price for the part uploaded.
Prices may therefore vary in cost, either decreasing or increasing, depending on the experience developed by the system over time. In any case, the applicable price will always correspond to the one shown in real time by the quotation system.
The same applies to reorders.

If I have already paid for an order, can I still change it?
Paid orders cannot be modified, as production starts immediately
To maintain maximum efficiency and punctuality of the workflow, when an order is paid, it immediately leaves for production and is automatically invoiced, so it can no longer be modified or cancelled.
Until you complete the payment, the order can always be modified or cancelled.

Do you send electronic invoices?
Yes of course.When registering as a Company, you will be asked to enter your unique SDI code. This allows us to issue the electronic invoice on a regular basis, which will be automatically delivered to your account with the Revenue Agency.
Please ensure that the details are correct during registration to ensure error-free submission.

Where do I enter the SDI code?
If you register as a company, you will find the appropriate field to enter the SDI code during the registration phase. Just fill in the form to allow the correct issuance of the electronic invoice.
