How much do shipments cost?

Shipping costs vary, but they are highlighted and always visible in real time in the total of both the online quote and the order.

Shipping costs are calculated by an algorithm based on the weight and actual size of the final volume of the goods and optimized for the cheapest courier also based on the country of destination.

As specified at the time of payment, the shipping costs do not include any taxes, duties and / or customs charges applied by the country of entry (outside the EU).

NB: We are also unable to ship to those countries subject to restrictions or embargoes.

In addition, there is no collection on site, except in cases or particular emergencies agreed in advance with our staff, in any case the shipping costs will still be applied.

Shipments are free for orders of at least € 200 (taxable amount) for the EU area only.

How can I have the tracking of the shipment?

Once your order or part of it has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email containing the tracking code

A link will be available through this email that will direct you to the status of your shipment.

In addition, when necessary, simply go to your page Orders and, on the relevant line in the menu on the right, click on the appropriate icon colored in green to monitor the shipment, there will be an additional link to the courier’s website with more details.

How to make a dispute on the goods? (non-compliance)

Just let us know via email within 90 days of receipt

It is possible that the goods received do not correspond to the expected quality or that the internal quality control does not notice a possible discrepancy on the part.

Please make the communication by email to info@niuo3d.com providing Order reference and name of the article concerned, providing reasons and possibly photographic documentation as well as measurement, if necessary, where possible.

Within the next 24 hours we will contact you to find a solution suitable for both parties such as Return of the Goods for further checks and possible remaking or resumption of the interested parties if they allow it.

How can I make a return?

We will send the courier to collect at our expense

If this solution is agreed with customer service, please repackage the goods in the best possible way, in a manner similar to how they were received.

Based on the problem encountered and the manufacturing technology, it will be at our discretion the choice of the most effective and rapid method to be able to solve it.

The parts will be collected on the agreed day by the courier and at our expense.

Are there any customs duties?

There are no customs duties for all parts shipped to the EU because the entire production is made in Italy

Since all the pieces are produced in Italy, There are NO customs fees for all pieces shipped to the EU .

Customs fees are present only for orders shipped to non-EU territories.

Can I cancel an order that has already been paid for?

It depends on the delivery bracket

1. in the ultra-fast delivery stages of 4-5 days, the pieces are processed immediately after payment and cancellation is not possible.

2. for orders in longer brackets please contact us as soon as possible to discuss with our staff about the possibility of canceling or modifying the order. In these cases, no cancellation is possible beyond 24 hours of payment.

In case of cancellation of the order, the amount paid will be credited back to the same payment method used and the invoice will be canceled and a credit note issued.

How to keep the delivery date displayed in the estimate?

The delivery date displayed in the estimate is effective only if the order and payment are made on the same working day

In order to respect the delivery date, it is necessary to complete the order and payment on the same day. In case the payment should take place on a different day from that of the realization of the price quotation , the delivery date will move forward by as many working days as have elapsed between the estimate and the payment.

In case of cancellation of the order, the amount paid will be credited back to the same payment method used and the invoice will be canceled and a credit note issued.

Although we do everything possible to validate the feasibility of an estimate within the same working day in which it is submitted, it may happen that this does not happen; the reasons may depend on the complexity and / or size of the quote or simply on the fact that it was uploaded after or close to closing time (18.00). This will also lead to a postponement of one working day with respect to the previously displayed date.

If the estimate is made during a holiday (Saturday, Sunday or Italian national holiday) this will already have the same delivery date that would be displayed if it were made the next working day. Ex .: an estimate made on Saturday (holiday) will display the same delivery date also the following day Sunday (holiday) and (working Monday).

If the delivery date expected to correspond to a holiday date in the country of destination, the courier will deliver the next working day.

To avoid further delays between the estimate date and the actual payment date in case of choice as a method Advance bank transfer (minimum amount 250 €) the order will be managed only after receiving confirmation of the credit from the bank.

Can I see the details of the pieces ordered?

Sure! You will be able to check the details within your user area.

In your user area under “Orders” you will find the history of everything you ordered, click on the details icon (the button with the i) of the relevant line to access the specific information of the parts ordered.

In addition, the order confirmation email you received contains all the details of the pieces ordered.

Where can I find the delivery note for my order?

The documentation regarding past and current orders are online.

In your user area by selecting the item Orders by entering the form you can download the documentation relating to the order when necessary.
